Detailed, Concise Brain Programming Plan - For Limerence Recovery

Although limerence always involves the same underlying psychological factors, each person's situation is unique. Your LO ultimately makes you feel a certain way and brings certain experiences into your life because you have very specific areas of psychological weakness that make them so addictive to you. Remember your LO isn't this appealing to everyone who knows them; your specific mixture of unmet needs and limiting beliefs creates this toxic 'resonance' and makes them seem so magical to you. Therefore, you must get really objective and 'tap' exactly where you need to tap in order to 1).completely overcome this person and 2). become permanently immune to future bouts of limerence (of utmost importance, for your continued freedom and peace of mind).
Your plan will consist of:
a). Specific affirmations that will generate the specific emotions/subtle feelings that YOU need to start accessing on a daily basis (both when in Alpha state and throughout the day)
b). Mental scenes/visualisations that you can imagine in your mind before bed, in order to imprint your subconscious mind with new beliefs about yourself and the world over time (the principal way to render yourself incompatible with the low-dimensional form of 'love' that is limerence...i.e. cure yourself of limerence permanently)
c). A personalised 'backward reasoning' exercise, presenting you with steps to 'stay limerent' under your current circumstances. I.e., a list of ways to ensure that you, personally, don't recover. This may sound like a strange addition in a recovery plan, but it's an incredibly powerful way of telling your brain which exact things you need to avoid. This makes the bulk of our work - concentrating on positive suggestions to evoke in your life - so much more effective.

The length of your plan will vary depending on your situation, but most will be around 6 A4 pages.
